Coming home from the flower market today I stopped into B&N to grab the new
OCt.
BonAppetit. I continued onto
Sahadi's for a cold day-old
spanikopita. While inhaling said
spanikopita I flipped open the
magazine to page 96, and
gafawed expressively, propelling flakes of
phyllo onto an innocent bystander. Look at Stuart and Alice and this picture of of their farm! It's such a good story, and it will tell you how to fix mustard greens and stuff!! And mom there is a whole article on canning!! Please stop making salsa!!!

In other news Eric and I have decided not to call the store "the store" because we realized that it carries no weight with people when we say "I'm going to the store," It could mean candy store, or grocery store...instead of "I'm going to work on some serious work stuff at work ... so from now on Saipua will be known as The OFFICE. So today, I'm at the office, having office hours, sorting through pictures from the last coupla days. Writing emails that are long over due. Googling vertigo ... my latest hypochondria.
But AH HA! pictures ... here are some:
Above: Bride's bouquet with garden roses, jasmine, Queen Anne's lace, star of bethlehem, scabiosa, chocolate cosmos
3 foot tall arrangement for bar; Peegee hydrangea, magnolia leaves, roses, dahlias, jasmine, crabapple, waxflower.
Table arrangments: same materials as above.
