For all those of you who don't know Red Hook, they are across the street from us and give us a good amount of cake-topping business. We reciprocate in cookie purchases. I guess between the two of us we average 3 cookies per week. Maybe 4. That is approximately 294 cookies since we opened. Or about $600 in cookies. Oh my God.
