It has been said I hog the blogspace for flower stuffs. In fact, flowers are a small fraction of the work we do here. When we opened the shop, flowers were an indulgent hobby of mine. I'd spend 150 dollars a week at the flower market and not sell a single stem. More specifically, Eric would drive me to the flower market, I'd spend the money he made selling soap, and then make him take me out to breakfast at the diner on 23rd and 8th avenue. Then he'd drop me off at work and would have to run home to get the flowers in water per my specific instructions...
Soap it seems has not always gotten it's fair share of attention. Here, I give you a soap update:
Dog bone soap is back, via necessity (Nea likes to take the occasional dip off Valentino Pier, where death lives in the water) and popular demand. It's a 50% olive oil soap - very good for your dog's dry skin. The essential oil blend contains lavender, pennyroyal and citronella for repelling insects.

Also check this out; Design Within Reach has a new Tools for Living section (and store) and they are featuring some of our jamzzz! Perusing the online catalog this morning I found some great things like a tepee and a nifty rope doorstop. Tepee's...so hot right now. Discuss amongst yourselves.
